5/23-5/26 Memorial Weekend
As we always find it important to mention, at its heart, Memorial Day is time for Americans to reflect on the sacrifice of those who have given their lives in military service. Please join us this holiday weekend with remembrance.
The main attraction: our swimming pool opens this weekend! We will have ceramics, hayrides, fishing, boating, and tie-dyeing. The Memorial Day Parade will happen in Denver on Monday morning.

5/30 - 6/1 35th Annual Horseshoe Tournament
Show off your skills at our annual horseshoe tournament on Saturday with our regular throwers and, hopefully, some new competitors. Please register for the tournament on Friday night. Cash prizes awarded after the tournament! As always, there will also be ceramics and a kid's craft. Swimming pool will be open.

What you need: A partner, a throwing arm, and a sense of humor.

6/13-6/15 Father's Day Weekend
In honor of Dad, we’re serving up our famous finger-lickin’ good chicken BBQ on Saturday night. Dads camping two nights or more eat free with one paid dinner (all others must pay nominal fee). Dinner reservations suggested.

"Boats and Boots Weekend" otherwise known as "Cardboard Boat Race and Country Line Dancing Weekend!"
Meet us at the Hickory Run Yacht Club for our 18th annual cardboard boat race. Make your own boat and enter the great race on our lake! It’s a day of thrills, chills, and spills! Too FUNNY to miss! 7/25-7/27 Christmas in July Weekend
Join us for free pancakes on Saturday morning, but there's a catch! We want to see you in your best Christmas morning pajamas. Later in the day, Santa will be arriving by firetruck and spending his day at his summer retreat by the HRC pool. Kids are invited to enjoy snow cones and participate in our "snowball" fight on Saturday afternoon.
